Everything you need to know about booking and participating in TFG Camps activities.
By booking a place at any TFG Camps event, you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child(ren) attending. These terms apply to all TFG Camps activities including holiday camps, birthday parties, football academy sessions, and specialist activities such as Go-Karting and Zorbs.
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once payment has been processed successfully.
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start of the booked session. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are non-refundable unless your child is unwell.
Where a child is unable to attend due to illness, TFG Camps will offer a credit to your account for use against a future booking, provided written notification is submitted within 24 hours of the first missed session. This credit will remain valid for 12 months.
Transfers to alternative dates or sessions are available where places permit, subject to a minimum of 7 days notice. Please contact hello@tfgcamps.com to request a transfer.
All children must be registered on arrival by a parent or authorised guardian, and collected by 4.00pm (or 5.30pm if the Extended Day option has been purchased). TFG Camps reserves the right to charge for late collection.
If your child is to be collected by someone other than the person named on the booking form, written authorisation must be provided in advance. We operate a strict safeguarding policy.
Parents and guardians may not remain on site during activity sessions unless they are DBS-checked through TFG, in accordance with Ofsted guidelines.
It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements and emergency contact details at the time of booking. Please notify us immediately of any changes. Where emergency medical treatment is required, TFG Camps staff will act in loco parentis.
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, discrimination and aggressive behaviour. We reserve the right to exclude a child without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other children or staff.
TFG Camps may take photographs and videos during sessions for use on our website and marketing materials. By accepting these terms, you consent to your child appearing in such content unless you have explicitly opted out on your booking form. Images will never identify a child by name.
Children must attend in appropriate clothing and trainers (not football boots). They should bring a water bottle, packed lunch (if applicable), and any personal medication clearly labelled. All TFG staff are qualified, DBS-checked and trained in paediatric first aid.
By booking a Go-Karting session, you confirm your child is fit to participate and has no medical condition that would be adversely affected. TFG Camps provides all safety equipment including helmets, knee pads and elbow pads. TFG Camps accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury sustained during a Go-Karting session, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of TFG staff.
By booking a Zorbs session, you confirm your child is in good health and has no medical condition that could be aggravated by this activity. All safety instructions from staff must be followed. TFG Camps accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from Zorb activities, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of TFG staff.
TFG Camps is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to belongings whilst attending TFG events, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of TFG staff. TFG Camps holds full public liability insurance and reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel sessions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which case a full refund or transfer will be offered.
